The Hometown Family Park Project
It is the dream of Sharon Jones to build a park at the location of her former home in Springfield, Colorado, where a tragic fire destroyed everything she owned in life. This deadly fire also claimed the lives of her daughter, Pamela Denise Saldana, 47; her son-in-law, Rocky Michael Saldana, 56; and her grandson, Jazz Michael Saldana, 17.
Sharon is seeking donations, investors, volunteers, and ideas, in an effort to make this park a reality. After it’s completed, she intends to donate Hometown Family Park to the town of Springfield, in appreciation for everything the community has done to help her through this devastating loss.
